What was wrong, in plain words
- 68 product photos carried another shop's name in the file name, a shop with scam reports online. 730 photos in total carried other shops' product names. Nobody on the store could see it; Google reads the image links.
- Two product links had other names in them too. One was a big fashion brand the store does not sell.
- The checkout promised delivery in 3 to 5 days while every page and Merchant Center said 7 to 11.
- Theme scripts the owner did not know about, fake scarcity lines, invented model names and a discount pop-up with no code behind it.
Which item tipped it, nobody can say: Google does not tell. Real screenshots; store name, website and account ID hidden.
