What was wrong, in plain words
- The owner's other brand name sat in the homepage title, the meta description and the social share image. To Google the store had two names.
- A star rating and six invented reviews sat on the collections page only, a page nobody thought to check.
- The Merchant Center account came from an earlier store and still listed a country this store does not sell to.
- The published tax number was one digit off the official letter.
- The social profiles were thin and new.
Leftovers from an earlier store are invisible to the owner and visible to Google. Real screenshots; store name, website and account ID hidden.
